Cassandra’s philosophies are key to her client’s success … Strength, Passion, and be a Provider of knowledge in Real Estate (no matter where your goals take you). Cassandra Cornwell’s progression in Real Estate is to promote and demonstrate these qualities to all in the quest to own property.
Experience is key when negotiating transactions, and knowledge is even more powerful when organizing and executing contracts. Cassandra has demonstrated these qualities in real estate since 2006 (a 15-year span) beginning with single family new home construction (and Sales), then venturing into residential land development (selling land for single family homesites). The recession of 2008 brought new opportunities to acquire rental properties and conduct business as a landlord. With the acquisition of an apartment building (and boosting the value with increasing rents) new horizons revealed an opportunity to purchase a commercial NNN property. Her span of knowledge is immense.
Cassandra’s expertise include:
- Single Family Homes (primary and secondary)
- Land for Single Family Homesite(s) - for Builders and custom homes
- Value Add and Investment Properties
- Commercial NNN property acquisition and sales
Cassandra has followed her passion to each state she has called home - obtaining her real estate license in Austin, Texas - Camarillo, California and
Scottsdale, Arizona. This expands her knowledge to help clients make the transition from these states.
Cassandra believes the key to success (and drive) to accomplish any goal, is PASSION – either for someone, or something, (or a simple belief) your passion guides you to do amazing things that you never thought could be possible. Cassandra has been blessed to find this passion (in real estate), and it raises her above the competition. When her attention is not on real estate and her clients, Cassandra's passion for fitness and sports comes next.
Whether training for a Triathlon or being involved with coaching her 9 year old daughter on her dream of being a Synchronized Swimmer, her Passion for a "positive, enjoy life attitude" always shines through!
